Forslag til EUROPA-PARLAMENTETS OG RÅDETS FORORDNING om ændring af forordning (EF) nr. 638/2004 om statistikker over varehandelen mellem medlemsstaterne for så vidt angår delegerede beføjelser og gennemførelsesbeføjelser, der tillægges Kommissionen, vedrørende vedtagelsen af visse foranstaltninger, kommunikationen af oplysninger blandt toldmyndighederne, udvekslingen af fortrolige data mellem medlemsstaterne og definitionen af statistisk værdi.
